Implementation Notes
Responsive Behavior:
- Desktop (2xl+): Sidebar ads are fixed and always visible
- Mobile/Tablet: Sidebar ads are hidden, mobile banners show instead
- All Screens: Banner ads are responsive and fluid
Cookie Consent:
- Ads only load after user provides advertising cookie consent
- Without consent, users see a consent prompt placeholder
- In development mode, placeholders always show for visualization
Ad Slot Configuration:
- All slots are pre-configured in
src/lib/ads-config.ts - Each slot has a unique ID, name, and responsive settings
